KeyResponsibilities:
Manage the general ledger, monthly and year-endclose, and preparation of financial statements. Oversee accountspayable, payroll, and cash management processes. Prepare and managebudgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and taxrequirements. Serve as the primary liaison with auditors, taxadvisors, and external stakeholders. Report directly to the CFO andcontribute to strategic financial planning.
Ideal Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred). 7 yearsof progressive accounting experience, with supervisoryresponsibilities. Non-profit or healthcare industry experience is aplus. Strong communication skills and the ability to workcross-functionally. Proficiency with accounting systems andMicrosoft Excel.
