ROLE SUMMARY
Accountable for establishing sustainable and accurate forecasting and reporting, STRAT, budget development and delivery, and financial analysis, in addition to providing financial leadership, direction, and advice to the DSA Commercial teamThe role requires leadership, strategic mindset, team performance management, along with strong influencing and negotiating skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Build, develop and lead a high-performing teamFocus on customer centricity and work closely with internal business partners, providing financial expertise and value-added services to support them in achieving their objectivesInitiate and maintain positive business partnerships and collaboration across operations, business finance and corporate accounting teamsEnsure data integrity and quality in both internal and external reporting/analysisDrive the development of management reporting and planning systems and toolsPromote standardization and simplification Commercial Finance Partner in developing and implementing commercial strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business and financial strategies. Work alongside the commercial team, supporting and advising strategic and operational decision making resulting in better business performance Interpret, explain and drive performance in the industry, competitor and economic context.
Support and influence key commercial and strategic decisions.
Advise on key commercial planning opportunitiesPerform commercial analytics, such as pricing, customer segmentation, service line profitability and price/volume/mix.
Prepare and present financials and key indicators for business reviews, management reporting, budget and strategic planning. Prepare analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financials compared to forecast, budget and prior year, including market impacts, currency fluctuations, etc.
Perform complex analyses including year-to-year comparisons and margins on new services for forecasting and pricing purposes.
Analyze appropriate key performance indicators optimally to improve commercial performance
Job Qualifications Education:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent required.
Experience:
20+ years related experience in accounting or finance, with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in financial analysis.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
Certification/Licensure:
MBA, CPA or CMA designation preferred.
Other:
Comprehensive understanding of operational, sales and financial issues for business unit required

This position may require domestic and international travel. Compensation Data The pay range for this position is $230,000/yr – $260,000/yr. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
