JOB SUMMARY
We are working with a financial services company in the Boston, MA who is actively seeking a Controller to join their team. This role will build out and own accounting processes and procedures. M&A experience is a big plus as well as PE/VC backed experience. We are open on industry.
Responsibilities:
Build out and own accounting processes Own month & year-end close Owning of all financial statements M&A due diligence
Qualifications:
Public/Private mix, not open to just Public PC/VC backed company experience 7-12 years of experience M&A experience nice to have QuickBooks experience nice to have
Compensation Package:
