What You’ll Do:

Serve as the first accounting hire, responsible forbuilding systems, processes, and policies from scratch Own allaspects of accounting operations, including general ledger,month-end close, AP/AR, and financial reporting Implement scalablefinancial controls and accounting infrastructure to support growthCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure accuracy in revenuerecognition and operational spend Prepare internal and externalfinancial statements and partner on audit readiness Support the CFOwith budgeting, forecasting, board reporting, and investorrelations

What You Bring:

7 years of progressive accountingexperience; mix of public accounting and startup or tech companyexperience preferred CPA strongly preferred Strong understanding ofGAAP and experience preparing financial statements A builder’smindset-you enjoy creating structure, systems, and clarity infast-moving environments Excellent communication skills and comfortworking cross-functionally Mission-driven with a desire to work atthe intersection of healthcare and technology
