Job Description
Director of Finance up to $220,000/yr A prominent firm in real estate investment and privateequity is looking for a Director of Finance.
This role will manage corporateaccounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and investment activitiesacross both real estate and private equity portfolios.
The position carriessignificant leadership responsibilities, overseeing operations at thecorporate, fund, property, and tax levels, with opportunities to expand as newfunds are introduced.
Responsibilities:
Supervise corporate accounting,financial reporting, and tax compliance for corporate entities and realestate assetsManage accounting and reportingprocesses for open-ended funds and REITsLead and develop the finance team,including the Corporate Controller, Assistant Controller, and AP/ARManagersEnsure proper oversight of internalcontrols, audits, and SEC compliance for real estate and fund operationsAnalyze and review quarterly financialstatements and ensure compliance with debt covenants for real estate funds
Qualifications:
Bachelor’sdegree in accounting or finance required10+years of real estate accounting experienceExperiencein REITs, open-ended funds, and partnership taxes is mandatoryCPApreferredVisitour websiteto learnmore about our openings!
