6 Main Objectives
Support on all end user hardware e.g. desktop, laptop, printers, telephones and peripheral devices.
Assist with end-user software training.
Fill day by assisting Cost Accountant with daily routine tasks
Support all company applications.
First line helpdesk support. Good communication skills are essential.
Knowledge, skills and abilities
Candidate should be a fast learner and practically minded.
Ability to solve problems analytically with quick resolve to minimized downtime of IT services.
