Manufacturing Controller Microwave Techniques, LLC Gorham, ME 04038 Take Your FP&A Career to the Next Level — Partner with Leaders in Advanced Microwave Technology BerryDunn is working with our client, Microwave Techniques, a global leader in high-power microwave components and RF systems, to find a strategic Senior FP&A Analyst for a newly created, high-impact role designed to foster strategic growth and operational excellence. You will:
Lead the financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and costing. Develop, implement, and maintain cost accounting standards and processes. Analyze manufacturing costs, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to reduce waste and optimize profitability. Manage inventory accounting, including cycle counts, reconciliations, valuation, and obsolescence analysis. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of inventory levels, cost of goods sold (COGS), and production variances. Monitor and report on key operational metrics and financial KPIs to plant and corporate leadership. Maintain accrued & deferred revenue schedules in accordance with company policy. Maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and external audit requirements. Partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain to support business decisions with accurate cost data. Participate in capital expenditure planning and project analysis. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, ERP utilization, and reporting systems.
You bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance, with at least 2 years in a plant controller or senior cost accounting role. Deep understanding of standard cost systems, variance analysis, and inventory control. Experience with ERP systems, preferably Sage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. Proven ability to lead and influence in a manufacturing environment.

$120,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
