We are on the hunt for an experienced and dynamicController to join our team. This position is a key role within ourorganization and offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of afast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The successful candidatewill be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of ourfinancial department, including budgeting, forecasting, internalcontrols, and cash flow. With your extensive experience andskillset, you will play a significant role in shaping our financialstrategy and driving business success.

Responsibilities:

1. Overseeall financial operations including but not limited to budgeting,forecasting, internal controls, cash flow, and accountingoperations. 2. Implement and monitor internal controls to ensurethat accounting activities are in accordance with established legalregulatory and company policies and procedures. 3. Prepare, reviewand analyze financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annualbasis. 4. Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providingfinancial insight and strategic support to the senior managementteam. 5. Manage and oversee the entire accounting team, includingperformance review, staff development, and training. 6. Coordinateand strategize the preparation of regulatory reporting and taxfilings. 7. Analyze company’s financial results with respect toprofits, trends, costs, and compliance with budgets. Issue regularstatus and ad hoc reports to senior management. 8. Develop andimplement cash management strategies to optimize efficiency andminimize risk.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Finance, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 5 years ofexperience in a similar role 3. Strong knowledge and understandingof GAAP 4. Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, internalcontrols, and cash flow management, 5. Excellent leadership andteam management skills, with a proven ability to motivate andengage a team. 6. Superior analytical skills and a solidunderstanding of data analysis and forecasting methods. 7.Proficiency in accounting software, databases, and financialanalysis tools. 8. Exceptional communication skills, both writtenand verbal, with the ability to clearly convey financialinformation to non-financial colleagues and stakeholders. 9. Strongattention to detail with an aptitude for problem-solving. 10. Highlevel of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgencyand results-orientation.
