Job DetailsPosition Responsibilities:

The Controller / Accounting Leadoversees all company-wide accounting and financial reporting dutiesincluding: Core Accounting

  • Oversee GL, AP, AR, payroll, andreconciliations; close monthly books within 15 days of month-endCash Flow & Liquidity
  • Manage daily cash activities and ensure thebusiness remains well-positioned to meet its obligations InternalControls
  • Maintain and enforce practical, effective financialpolicies that safeguard assets and ensure accuracy Budgeting &Forecasting
  • Lead the budgeting process, manage reforecasts, andanalyze variances with clarity Reporting & Analysis
  • Deliveraccurate, GAAP-compliant financial statements and performanceinsights to leadership, board, and lenders Team Leadership
  • Manageand mentor a small accounting team (2 direct reports); driveaccountability and growth Audit & Compliance
  • Coordinate withauditors and advisors; ensure compliance with tax, accounting, andloan requirements Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Collaborate withoperations and supply chain to monitor margins, costs, andinventory ERP & Process Improvement
  • Pull insights from the ERPsystem and identify ways to improve accuracy and reporting speedPayroll & Benefits
  • Oversee payroll execution and assist in HRbenefits administration via ADP Special Projects
  • Support ERPsystem upgrades, EOS implementation, and other operationalimprovement initiatives

  • Able to manage multiple responsibilities ina fast-paced, small business setting Practical Leader

  • Active participant in senior leadershipmeetings and EOS processes
Supervisory Responsibilities:

The rolehas two accounting admins reporting to the position currently.

Education/Job Requirements:
