Advancement JobDetails Job Details:

Our company is seeking a dynamic anddetail-oriented Assistant Controller with a strong background inthe construction industry. This position is an integral part of ourfinance team and will be responsible for a wide range of duties,including job cost accounting, construction draws, financialreporting, and budget management.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist theController in managing all aspects of financial operations,including job cost accounting, construction draws, financialreporting, and budget management. 2. Ensure accurate and timelyfinancial reporting to support strategic decision-making. 3.Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financialstatements in accordance with GAAP. 4. Coordinate with projectmanagers to ensure accurate job costing and project budgeting. 5.Assist in the development and implementation of financial policiesand procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 6. Monitorand analyze financial performance and report on variances. 7.Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. 8.Participate in financial audits and coordinate with externalauditors. 9. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local taxlaws and regulations. 10. Support the Controller in managing cashflow and forecasting. 11. Assist in special projects and performother duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
