Columbia Forest Products is an employee owned company and North America’s largest manufacturer of hardwood plywood and hardwood veneer products. Columbia’s decorative interior veneers and panels are used in high-end cabinetry, fine furniture, architectural millwork and commercial fixtures. Employee-owned and headquartered in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Primary Duties:
Produce consolidated financial statements each period Assist with borrowing base / loan reporting Serve as a point of contact with external auditors and tax preparers Accounting/Reporting duties related to CFP Foundation (a 501c3 entity) Internal audits / control reviews at mill locations Involvement in completing/reviewing tax organizers Involvement with managing compliance with ASC 842 Maintain lease accounting software (approx. 250 leases) Cash forecasting Involved in annual budget process Produce annual benefit plan financial statements and assist with corresponding audit Government census reporting Other tasks/projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
