The Vice President of Finance will be a key strategic leader responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, providing financial vision, planning, and leadership to ensure sound financial decision-making and operational effectiveness. This role is ideal for a hands-on finance person who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Oversee accounting, treasury, audit, tax, and compliance functions. Provide strategic recommendations to the President/COO based on financial analysis and projections. Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and improve profitability. Establish and monitor key financial and operational KPIs. Manage capital structure, fundraising, and investor relations, if applicable. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing finance and accounting team. Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational efficiency and strategic initiatives. Access our website for more details www.danasafetysupply.com. 10+ years of progressive finance experience Experience in working with investors, boards, or public companies Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred). Proven track record of financial leadership in a high-growth or fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting, and modeling. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
