Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting:
Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to accounting standards (GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
Internal Controls:
Contributing to the development and maintenance of internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Supporting the budget process and providing variance analysis.
Audits:
Coordinating with external and internal auditors.
Cash Flow Management:
Overseeing cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Tax Compliance:
Assisting with tax returns and compliance.
Reconciliations:
Reconciling bank statements and other balance sheet accounts.
Staff Supervision:
Supervising accounting staff and providing guidance and training.
Process Improvement:
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency. Job Requirements Minimum 7-10 years’ progressive accounting experience. BS Degree in Accounting required. Expert organizational and follow-up skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central required. High proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate financial information. Ability to supervise and mentor accounting staff.
