https://flowcontrolgroup.com/ Flow Control Group is seeking a detail-oriented Cash Reconciliation Specialist to join our Corporate Finance team in Charlotte, NC. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of our cash transactions by reconciling internal records with external bank data. Reporting directly to the Assistant Controller, the successful candidate will collaborate with team members across multiple levels of the organization to support timely and accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily and monthly cash reconciliations for multiple entities using the Epicor Prophet 21 ERP system Ensure accurate processing and recording of transactions within all cash accounts Investigate and resolve discrepancies, errors, and application issues related to cash receipts and payments Manage intercompany cash application and related adjustments Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline reconciliation processes and reduce manual interventions Assist with special accounting projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field – or equivalent experience in bank/cash reconciliations Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 is a plus, but not required #flowcontrolgroup #FCG-L #manycompaniesoneteam #flowcontrolgroup #LI-DC Why Build a Career with Us?
