Position Summary We’re hiring a Part-Time Controller to help lead our client accounting services function. This is an ideal role for a financial professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-client environment and is passionate about technology, team leadership, and client impact. You will oversee financial operations for multiple clients, manage internal team members, and help drive efficiency across platforms and processes. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and reconciliations Manage and mentor accounting staff, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables Review and finalize monthly financial statements in compliance with US GAAP Prepare and analyze budget-to-actuals internally and for client reporting Deliver insightful financial analysis and serve as a trusted advisor to clients Lead and refine processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities Collaborate cross-functionally to align accounting operations with client goals Ensure effective time management while balancing client service and internal leadership expectations Technology Stack & Systems You’ll be working with a modern, cloud-based suite of tools, including:
