Accounting & Finance Position Overview As ourdealership group continues to grow, we are looking for anexperienced and detail-oriented Controller to lead financialoperations. This role is responsible for ensuring accuratefinancial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance withmanufacturer and corporate requirements. The Controller will managecash flow, factory receivables, product remittances andcancellations, while working closely with the office and leadershipteams. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bank deposits, ACHs,wires, and reconcile all bank accounts
• Post monthly journalentries and maintain fixed asset schedules
• Complete monthly closeand submit accurate financials by the 15th
• Reconcile floorplan,reserves, AP, AR, WIP, and manufacturer statements
• Manage financeproduct remittances and product cancellations
• Ensure timely APcheck runs and tax filings (sales, tire, lease, TPP)
• Supportoffice staff and ensure accurate posting of deals, service, andparts transactions
• Review inventory daily and reconcile monthlywith sales managers
• Lead weekly meetings to review expenses,receivables, contracts, and ROs
• Prepare budgets and assist withphysical inventories and audits Qualifications
• 2 years as aController or 4 years as an Office Manager in automotive
• CDKexperience strongly preferred (including Payroll Plus)
• Solidunderstanding of dealership accounting and financial controlsBenefits
