We are in search of a diligent and experiencedPermanent Controller to join our dynamic Accounting Finance team.

You will work alongside senior management toprepare financial forecasts, oversee compliance and audits, andprovide strategic oversight. Responsibilities:

As a PermanentController, your duties will include: 1. Overseeing the preparationof financial reports, direct investment activities, andimplementing cash management strategies. 2. Monitoring andevaluating the performance of accounting and other financial staff,recommending and implementing personnel actions, such as promotionsand dismissals. 3. Developing internal control guidelines, policiesand procedures for budget accounting, cash and credit management,administration, and other activities. 4. Coordinating and directingthe financial planning, budgeting, procurement, and investmentactivities of all or part of an organization. 5. Directing andcoordinating the company’s financial planning and budget managementfunctions. 6. Monitoring and analyzing monthly operating resultsagainst budget. 7. Directing and coordinating debt financing anddebt service payments with external agencies. 8. Overseeingcompliance and audits, ensuring all financial practices are in linewith statutory regulations and legislation. 9. Providing strategicfinancial input and leadership on decision-making issues affectingthe organization.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for thePermanent Controller role should possess the following: 1. ABachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. AMaster’s degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificationwill be an added advantage. 2. A minimum of 10 years of experiencein a senior-level finance or accounting position, with at least 5years of managerial experience. 3. Proven experience in Compliance& Audits, Strategic Oversight, and Team Leadership. 4. Knowledge offinance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principlesincluding Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). 5.Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.6. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports,statements, and projections. 7. Ability to motivate teams toproduce quality materials within tight timeframes andsimultaneously manage several projects. 8. Strong interpersonalskills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of theorganization. 9. Excellent problem-solving skills and the abilityto make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses. 10.
