The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managingcost accounting, inventory reconciliation, financial analysis,forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and business planning.

Job DetailsResponsibilities:
1. Overseeand manage all cost accounting and inventory reconciliationactivities for the plant.2. Conduct comprehensive financialanalysis to identify trends, assess performance, and formulatestrategic recommendations.3. Lead the budgeting and forecastingprocess, ensuring accurate and timely projections.4. Develop andpresent financial reports to senior management, highlighting keyinsights and business implications.5. Drive business planningefforts, aligning financial strategies with operationalobjectives.6. Implement and maintain internal financial controlsand procedures to ensure compliance with company policies andregulatory requirements.7. Collaborate with cross-functional teamsto enhance operational efficiency and profitability.8. Monitor andanalyze manufacturing costs and identify cost-savingopportunities.9. Provide financial guidance and support to theplant management team.10. Participate in special projects andperform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’sdegree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’sdegree or CPA certification is preferred.2. Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in a controller role in the manufacturing or engineeringindustry.3. Proficient in cost accounting, inventoryreconciliation, financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting,financial reporting, and business planning.4. Strong knowledge offinancial regulations and accounting principles.5. Exceptionalanalytical skills and ability to interpret complex financialdata.6. Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite.7.Excellent communication and presentation skills.8. Strongleadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.9.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitaskingabilities.10.
