Summary:
The VP of Finance, as a Senior Leader of Southeastern Integrated Care, Inc. (SEIC) and affiliates, works alongside the executive team driving the mission of the organization and specifically leads the full spectrum of financial functions throughout the system. The VP, Finance maintains and leads our financial operations and drives sustainable growth at Southeastern Integrated Care, Inc. (SEIC). This role is critical in shaping our financial strategy, optimizing performance, and ensuring compliance across our organization. You will partner with executive leadership team and board of directors to provide insights that inform key business decisions, ultimately positioning Southeastern Integrated Care, Inc. (SEIC) for long-term success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the financial strategy of the organization, aligning with overall business objectives and growth plans. Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic priorities. Oversee financial reporting and analysis, providing insights to drive performance improvement and accountability at all levels. Manage stakeholder relationships, including investors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies, ensuring transparency and compliance. Enhance financial controls and risk management frameworks to protect the organization’s assets and ensure regulatory compliance. Foster a high-performance finance team through mentorship, professional development, and creating a culture of excellence. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support and influence major business initiatives. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

10+ years of progressive finance experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role, preferably within a fast-paced environment. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, tax laws and financial management principles, including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Demonstrated experience in strategic financial planning and risk management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and translate it into actionable insights. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing business environment. Integrity, ethics, and commitment to sound financial practices. Proficiency in financial software and tools. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly. Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation. Leadership and management experience with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing finance team. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst).
