Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager/Director Mount Airy Nissan 1994 Rockford Street, Mount Airy, NC 27030 Job Overview Mount Airy Nissan is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Finance & Insurance Manager or Director to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the finance and insurance operations within our organization, ensuring compliance with regulations while providing exceptional service to our clients. You will play a crucial role in assisting customers with financing options, processing title documents, and negotiating terms that best suit their needs. Pay is based on level of expertise. Responsibilities Manage the finance and insurance department, ensuring all processes comply with industry regulations. Assist customers in understanding their financing options and guide them through the loan application process. Process title documents accurately and efficiently to facilitate vehicle sales. Negotiate financing terms with lenders to secure the best possible rates for customers. Utilize financial software to manage customer accounts and track transactions effectively. Conduct upselling of additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue. Collaborate with sales staff to ensure seamless communication between departments regarding customer needs and preferences. Stay updated on TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations and other relevant financial laws to ensure compliance. Skills Proficiency in title processing and understanding of automotive sales processes. Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of customers. Excellent mathematical skills, including basic math proficiency for financial calculations. Familiarity with financial software tools used in loan processing and management. Ability to upsell products while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
