Your Role:

Vice President of Finance As a key member of the executive team, the Vice President of Finance will report directly to the President of Anticimex Carolinas. You will lead all financial-related activities including accounting, strategic planning, forecasting, treasury, tax, audit, M&A, and legal compliance. You will also provide regular financial reporting to Anticimex North America and Anticimex Global (Sweden). Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 accounting professionals
  • Manage monthly close and deliver timely, accurate financial reports
  • Analyze budget-to-actual variances and performance metrics
  • Establish internal controls and ensure adherence to GAAP and IFRS
  • Collaborate on strategic growth plans, including M&A evaluations and integration
  • Monitor acquisition performance post-integration
  • Oversee A/P, A/R, capital expenditures, and employee expenses
  • Support external audits and tax filings
  • Assist in developing budgets and quarterly forecasts
  • Standardize financial procedures and reporting across departments
  • Drive financial insights to reduce surprises and enable informed decision-making Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
  • 7+ years in senior-level financial leadership roles in service industries
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and IFRS standards
  • Proven M&A and integration experience
  • Expertise in financial planning, reporting, compliance, and internal controls
  • Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing finance teams
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
