Assist in closing the books each month and year-end, preparing financial statements and variance reports. Review employee reimbursements and evaluate out-of-budget spending requests. Monitor financial activity to detect anomalies and deliver insights to leadership. Support internal audits, system upgrades, and the implementation of robust financial controls. Identify and implement process improvements that enhance accuracy, speed, and scalability. Keep documentation and financial procedures current and audit-ready.
