Finance Working Director Confidential Raleigh, NC 27629 Confidential is a family-owned Chevrolet dealership with a strong footprint in the community and a reputation for moving metal — especially pre-owned . We run at a 4-to-1 used-to-new ratio and handle a high volume of subprime business , which means we’re fast-paced, solution-oriented, and laser-focused on getting deals done cleanly and profitably. The Role:

Working Finance Director We’re looking for a hands-on Finance Director to run the F&I department and personally work deals — expect to spin 60-70 per month yourself. This is not a behind-the-desk role — it’s for someone who’s in the trenches , structuring deals, getting approvals, and making sure the paperwork is tight and funded fast. We’re aiming for a minimum $3,800 PVR , no CITs beyond 10 days , and clean audits. You’ll be working closely with a seasoned sales team and leadership that supports — but expects — excellence. What You’ll Do Spin 60-70 deals/month and lead overall F&I performance Navigate complex credit profiles with a strong command of subprime lenders Maintain strict control of CITs — no contracts should sit more than 10 days Achieve $3,800+ average PVR across all deal types Oversee compliance, funding, and all finance documentation Train and coach F&I and sales staff on process, presentation, and compliance Foster strong lender relationships to secure aggressive approvals and fast funding Partner with GM to ensure operational alignment and profitability Ideal Candidate 5+ years of F&I experience, with 2+ years as a Director or Team Lead Deep subprime finance knowledge — lender programs, stips, structure Proven track record hitting $3,800+ PVR and managing high-volume deal flow Comfortable leading while working — this is a working director role Extremely organized with high attention to detail and CIT follow-up Proficient in Dealertrack, Dealertrack DMS , V-auto , Darwin Est.
