Drive AOP/QBR/STRAP/financial forecast in a matrixed organization, ensuring financial decisions support the company’s strategic and operational plans. Communicate results effectively to the broader organization to ensure alignment on key financial goals. Develop and lead analytical methods for gaining both exploratory and explanatory business insights. Assist with key annual operating plan tasks, including target setting, developing AOP mentorship, building the AOP calendar, and preparing presentation materials. Provide finance and business support to key group functions. Develop operational metrics and contingencies. Build and develop a high-performing finance team. How You Will Get Here Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field required;

CPA, CMA, MBA

strongly desired. Experience Strong academic background and extensive experience in finance, with over 10 years of finance skills. Good understanding of FP&A Systems (Hyperion Planning) to drive organizational insights and efficiencies. Experience in leading and managing a distributed team. Prior experience in a large global company and a highly matrixed organization. Proficient in understanding and communicating the financial implications of business decisions and dynamics. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Excellent spoken and written communication skills for effective collaboration with various partners. Ability to deliver high-quality presentations and use the best tools/methods to communicate complex topics effectively. Self-motivated, flexible, and strong work ethic with the goal to get the job done successfully.
