This is a key leadership opportunity for a driven, detail-oriented F&I expert with strong lender relationships and a proven ability to scale F&I performance. This role is 100% commission-based and offers unlimited earning potential for the right candidate who can consistently drive profit, streamline processes, and coach a successful F&I team. You must be willing and able to commute regularly to all current CarFive stores —located in Salem, MA , Plaistow, NH , Nashua, NH , and Hooksett, NH —as well as any future store openings within the region. Key Responsibilities Lead all F&I operations across CarFive’s four (and growing) locations Maintain strong relationships with banks and lenders to secure competitive financing and product options Create and enforce consistent F&I procedures, ensuring operational efficiency and full legal compliance Maximize profit per deal through structured product presentations Train and mentor F&I staff, improving results while ensuring a strong customer experience Monitor deal structure, per-copy averages, product penetration, and key performance indicators Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve F&I results and align with company goals Qualifications Minimum 5 years of proven success in automotive F&I Strong knowledge of automotive finance, compliance, and lender products Ability to create, document, and implement standardized processes Must be detail-oriented , organized, and capable of managing a multi-location operation Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong closer with consistent high-performance metrics Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between locations Compensation 100% Commission-Based Pay Structure Bonus potential tied to performance High earning potential for strong performers Access to full dealership volume across multiple rooftops Why Join CarFive?
