This is a director-level leadership role , responsible for overseeing a team of 5-6 Finance Managers and directly managing all aspects of the department. You will serve as the point of contact for all F&I operations company-wide, build and enforce processes, hold your team accountable to performance standards, and act as a backup F&I Manager when needed (such as during peak hours or short staffing situations). This position is 100% commission-based and offers unlimited earning potential for a strong operator who can coach, lead, and scale a high-performing F&I department. Candidates must be willing and able to commute regularly to all current CarFive locations— Salem, MA; Plaistow, NH; Nashua, NH; Hooksett, NH —as well as any future stores as we continue to grow — Company vehicle and gas will be provided. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all F&I operations across CarFive’s current and future locations Supervise and support a team of 5-6 Finance Managers; all store-level F&I personnel will report directly to you Act as a working F&I Manager when needed, helping out during peak hours or short staff situations Maintain strong relationships with lenders to ensure competitive financing and product offerings Develop, document, and implement standardized F&I processes that ensure efficiency, compliance, and profitability Monitor and drive performance across all rooftops—per-copy average, product penetration, and team KPIs Train, coach, and mentor F&I Managers to ensure consistent delivery of results and an excellent customer experience Collaborate with executive leadership to align F&I operations with overall company goals Qualifications 5+ years of proven success in automotive F&I Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably managing a multi-store or multi-person F&I team Deep knowledge of automotive finance, lender products, legal compliance, and deal structure Highly detail-oriented and process-driven Excellent leadership, communication, and follow-up skills Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Compensation 100% Commission-Based Pay Structure Performance-based bonus opportunities Full access to high store volume across multiple rooftops Strong performers can exceed six-figure annual income Why Join CarFive?
