ThePosition:

Lead a corporate accounting and financial reporting teamthat will be responsible for accounting policy, corporateaccounting, technical accounting, and (SEC) reporting activitiesThe Assistant Controller’s responsibilities include but are notlimited to : Manage external reporting efforts to the SEC,including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K Direct the corporate accountingand financial reporting team Drive process improvement in theaccounting close and reporting processes Drive application of bothnew and existing accounting standards Central point of contact withexternal and internal auditors Subject matter expert oninterpretation and implementation of all current, new and evolving

U.S. GAAP

accounting issues Assist management in other corporateareas such as investor relations, treasury, acquisition duediligence and purchase accounting Develop and mentor staff

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance orEconomics required CPA preferred Minimum 10 years combinedaccounting experience in a global company and a public accountingfirm Experience leading the preparation of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and8-K In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting Experienceworking with a global ERP system Experience working for a large,multinational, publicly traded company
