Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee and manage financial operations in a growing manufacturing environment. This role will focus on financial reporting, cost accounting, payroll, forecasting, and supporting ERP system implementation, with a strong emphasis onpliance and financial metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage general ledger, journal entries, and financial reporting.
Oversee cost accounting, P&L reporting, and establishing burden/overhead rates.
Handle payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and cash/investment management.
Assist in forecasting expenses, revenues, and cash flow with strategic planning.
Ensurepliance with insurance and government regulations (e.g., DDTC registration, ITAR).
Administer financial metrics and reporting for manufacturing operations.
Support the successful implementation and use of Infor
VISUAL ERP
system.
Skills & Qualifications:
Deep understanding of GAAP and financial regulations.
Expertise in financial management within a manufacturing environment, preferably semiconductor industry.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with government contracts, export regulations, and ITAR.
HR knowledge to manage third-party insurance, benefits, and payroll providers.
Education & Experience:
