We are looking for ahighly skilled and experienced Permanent Controller to join ourConstruction Development team in the Accounting Finance industry.

This role requires a dynamic professional who can effectivelymanage and oversee the financial operations of our constructionprojects. The successful candidate will have a solid background inconstruction accounting, with proficiency in Construction

WIP, WIP,AIA, AIA

invoicing, Time and materials (T&M), Sage, Timberline,and Vista Viewpoint. This position requires a minimum of 5 years ofexperience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee allaspects of financial management, including corporate accounting,regulatory and financial reporting, as well as the development ofinternal control policies and procedures. 2. Manage all accountingoperations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting,Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition. 3. Coordinate anddirect the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts, andreport variances. 4. Prepare and publish timely monthly financialstatements. 5. Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.6. Research technical accounting issues for compliance. 7. Supportmonth-end and year-end close process. 8. Ensure quality controlover financial transactions and financial reporting. 9. Manage andcomply with local, state, and federal government reportingrequirements and tax filings. 10. Develop and document businessprocesses and accounting policies to maintain and strengtheninternal controls. 11. Additional controller duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

1. Proven working experience as a FinancialController in the Construction Industry. 2. 5 years of overallcombined accounting and finance experience. 3. Advanced degree inAccounting. 4. CPA or CMA preferred. 5. Thorough knowledge ofaccounting principles and procedures. 6. Experience with creatingfinancial statements. 7. Experience with general ledger functionsand the month-end/year-end close process. 8. Excellent accountingsoftware user and administration skills. 9. Must have experiencewith Construction
