Job Description Our client is a dynamic apparel design company, and they operate as both a wholesaler and digital retailer. They are looking for a forward-thinking, tech-savvy Corporate Controller to partner with our CFO. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who owns the General Ledger with confidence, knows ERP systems inside and out, and brings structure and insight into financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. The ideal candidate is a confident and personable team leader, someone who can command respect from a seasoned accounting team while driving modernization and efficiency. You should be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and acting as a strategic partner to the CFO. This person will lead and manage the accounting team which is roughly 5 people.
Salary- 115- 130K + Bonus

Responsibilities:

Oversee and optimize the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare and review monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Manage and review all journal entries (J/Es), accruals, and reconciliations.
Lead bank reconciliations and ensure cash accuracy.
Serve as the key accounting systems expert—drive improvements and integrations in ERP and related tools.
Partner with the CFO in the annual budgeting and planning process.
Maintain a rolling forecast and help drive scenario modeling.
Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting policies.
Support audit preparation and act as a liaison with external auditors, banks, and tax advisors.

Required Qualifications:

5+ year experience managing and driving an accounting group
Prior ERP improvement experience
Bachelors degree in Accounting
