Regional Controller | On-Site – Jersey City, NJ CFS ispartnering with a well-established industry leader to identify aRegional Controller to oversee finance operations for its Northeastand Midwest regions. This is a high-visibility role reportingdirectly to the CFO, offering full ownership of payroll, AP,financial reporting, and inventory across a multi-site operation.

KeyResponsibilities Lead payroll operations and tax filings, workingclosely with HR and finance Oversee accounts payable, inventoryaccounting, and cost tracking Manage monthly close, financialreporting, and general ledger accuracy Analyze operating results,margins, and variances across locations Direct the year-end auditprocess and ensure compliance Maintain internal controls and driveprocess improvements Supervise, mentor, and support a team ofaccounting professionals Collaborate cross-functionally withfinance and operations teams What We’re Looking For 10 years ofaccounting experience, including prior Controller-levelresponsibility Strong leadership and communication skills with theability to manage and influence across departments Background inpayroll, inventory, and financial reporting for multi-siteoperations Experience with ERP systems; CPA is a plus Bilingual inEnglish/Spanish is a plus Must be comfortable with on-site work (5days/week in Jersey City) and 15% travel Someone with thick skin,confidence, and the ability to thrive in a direct,high-accountability culture
