Salary:

Job Details Responsibilities:
Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial statements toprovide clear and precise information about the company’s financialstatus. Completing monthly close procedures, ensuring all financialdata is accurate and up-to-date. Overseeing monthly reportingactivities and ensuring timely delivery of reports to relevantstakeholders. Managing and forecasting cash flow to ensure thecompany’s financial stability and growth. Preparing and analyzingfinancial statements, providing insights to drive strategicdecision-making. Maintaining the company’s ledger, ensuring allfinancial transactions are recorded accurately and promptly.
Collaborating with other departments to streamline financialoperations and improve financial performance. Ensuring compliancewith financial regulations and standards. Providing financialadvice to the management team, supporting them in making keybusiness decisions.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance,Accounting, or a related field is required. An advanced degree orprofessional certification such as a CPA would be an addedadvantage. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financialmanagement role, preferably within the engineering industry.
Proficiency in financial software and databases. Strongunderstanding of financial regulations and standards. Exceptionalanalytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communicationskills, both written and verbal. Strong leadership qualities, withthe ability to manage and motivate a team. The ability to workunder pressure and meet tight deadlines. High attention to detailand accuracy. The ability to work independently as well as part ofa team. A strong understanding of the engineering industry would bea plus. Interested in hearing more?
