Job Description
Executive Directors for New Brunswick, NJ location. Serve as the liaison between Balance Sheet Management USA and Balance Sheet Management Amsterdam, chair and voting member of U.S. Asset Liability Committee (ALCO) and voting member of Regional Risk Committee (R-CERC). Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of ALCO dashboard. Assists in creating and maintaining policies and procedures for the ALM/Treasure/Securities Finance Group. Work with the Finance Department to create the required reporting for both internal and external regulators. Interface with international

entities to continuously improve cooperation and communication with respect to capital, liquidity, and balance sheet management. Work directly with Federal Reserve, ECB, FINRA, SEC, and other regulatory agencies. Responsible for navigating proposals related to U.S. operations through ABN’s international governing committees. Create and maintain long-term liquidity and capital plan for U.S. entity. Responsible for calculation, coordination, and reporting of financial ratios; creating, managing, and delegation of ALM/Treasury financials; for liquidity contingency planning, enterprise-wide risk management, stress testing, intra-group credit allocations, and repatriation assessments; for streamlining intra-group flows to optimize risk-reward metric. Assist with audit activities. Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field plus ten years of experience in ALM/Treasury management or similar field.
Requires experience with:
Balance sheet management in the international financial or banking industry; ALCO and R-CERC operations; Federal Reserve, ECB, FINRA, and SEC regulations; Liquidity and capital planning; Calculation of financial ratios including LCR, CETI, and Leverage; Creation and management of
LRAS, ALCO
pack, Delta Reporting, VaR monitoring, and Early Warning Indicators; Liquidity contingency planning, ERM, Regulatory stress testing, credit allocations, and repatriation assessments. Some telecommuting permitted. 10% domestic and international travel required.
