Plant Controller Near Warren County, NJ In-Office Salary:

up to $130,000 to $140,000

Duties:

Manage FP&A Processes (forecasting, planning, budget, and variances) Manage Cost Accounting, Material Cost, and Expense Reporting Manage Pricing strategies Maintain Internal Controls and SOX Compliance of accounting processes Oversee Asset Management and Capital Project Tracking Identify Cost Saving and Process Improvement opportunities Review Standardized Product Costing and Perform Costing Analysis Analyze Profit Trends Process in-depth Variance Analysis Educate Plant Personnel on key cost drivers Recommend Manufacturing strategies

Required:

Manufacturing experience is required Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting At least 7 yrs of Finance or FP&A experience Advanced Excel, required CMA’s, highly preferred
