This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to drive financial integrity, support business operations, and lead a dedicated accounting team. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate, timely monthly financial statements and journal entries Support leadership with financial insights, reporting, and education for decision-making Oversee all accounting operations, including: Billing, accounts receivable/payable, customer credit Inventory costing, fixed assets, and general ledger Lead and mentor accounting staff; drive team performance and development Manage audits (internal & external) and ensure regulatory compliance Lead and support new ERP system implementations and cross-functional initiatives Monitor and manage capital project statuses Identify cost savings opportunities and process improvements Assist with forecasting and business insurance renewal processes Maintain effective internal controls and ensure accurate revenue/expense recognition Manage document retention and reporting for local/state tax filings What You Bring Proven experience in accounting operations (8+ years) Supervisory or team leadership experience (3+ years minimum) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred, not required) Strong understanding of GAAP , financial reporting, and forecasting Skilled in ERP systems and accounting software (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficient with Word, Outlook Analytical, process-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving ability Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail Effective communicator with strong leadership and interpersonal skills Knowledge of payroll, sales/use tax, and fixed asset management Willingness to travel occasionally as needed Why Apply?
