CONTROLLER

We are looking for a full-time Controller. The ideal candidate will be efficient, organized, professional, and an excellent communicator. If you have a thorough understanding of accounting and financial principles, and are looking for a promising career, you are encouraged to apply!

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Accounts payable and receivable
• General ledger management
• Bank reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with GAAP principles
• Sales tax
• Asset or inventory reporting
• Month-end close and year-end reconciliation
• Prepare financial reports
• Assist with tax documents
• Place vendor orders
• Payroll and benefits .

Tax Preparation

EDUCATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in company ERP system – NetSuite
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Training
• 5-years hands-on accounting experience
• Strong mathematical skills
• Ability to work independently
• Possess a positive work ethic and a drive to participate as a member of the team
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• $60,000 – $70,000 (bonus opportunities)
• Monday through Friday 8-hour shift, on-site
