 Description Join a fast-moving, multi-brand company where you’ll own the full accounting function and help drive growth across eCommerce, retail, dropship, and manufacturing operations.

We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on Controller who’s excited to dive into the details, partner cross-functionally, and build scalable processes that support a growing business. This is a great opportunity to take true ownership of accounting operations while working closely with leadership to help shape financial strategy.

What You’ll Do:

? Lead full-cycle accounting operations across multiple business models – inventory, retail, and manufacturing.? Own monthly close, financial statement preparation, reconciliations, and balance sheet integrity.? Consolidate financial data across multiple entities and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.? Manage daily cash controls, forecasting, and treasury activities.? Lead audit preparation and manage external auditor relationships.? Partner closely with FP& A and department leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.? Develop and strengthen internal controls and scalable processes across AR, AP, payroll, and inventory.? Serve as the NetSuite administrator – ensuring system integrity, process improvements, and automation.? Provide detailed reporting, variance analysis, and actionable insights that directly support business decisions. Requirements ?? 10+ years of progressive accounting experience?? CPA strongly preferred?? Strong background in eCommerce, retail, or manufacturing environments?? NetSuite (or similar ERP) expertise with a passion for systems optimization ?? Solid understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and audit prep?? Strong communicator who enjoys partnering with leadership teams??
