This hands-on role requires managing the complete accounting cycle and delivering timely, accurate financial insights to leadership. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of independently overseeing all aspects of accounting, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and cash management.

Responsibilities Include:

Oversee full-cycle bookkeeping: accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank and credit card reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage cash flow and monitor financial performance Support budgeting and forecasting processes Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures Collaborate with external accountants and auditors as needed Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for decision-making Maintain accurate records and documentation
