Global Fashion Brand/E-Commerce Firm Seeks an Assistant Controller

• Reporting to the VP Finance
• Supervising a staff of 3+
• Overseeing all Accounting Functions- Manage Monthly, Quarterly & Month-End/Year-End Close
• Oversee Inventory Analysis & Reconciliations
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Streamline & Improve Accounting Policies & Procedures
• Implement Internal Accounting Controls
• Cash Flow Projections
• Managing all Annual External Audits
• Financial Reporting
• GAAP
• Review Financial Statements
• Special Projects for the

CFO Qualifications:

• 5-8 Years of Public Accounting Experience- with Retail, Consumer Products, E-Commerce, Manufacturing Clients or a Mix of Public Accounting and a Large Retail/Consumer Products Firm
• Strong Inventory Background
• NetSuite a plus; Strong Excel & Analysis Skills
• CPA a Must
• Strong Knowledge of US GAAP Base Salary 150k-175k + Bonus + Excellent Comprehensive Benefits Package.
