Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Controllerto join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a keyleadership role in overseeing the financial operations of amission-driven organization. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspectsof financial management including accounting, budgeting, financialanalysis, and general ledger reconciliation. Ensure compliance withall regulatory reporting requirements and maintain accurate,up-to-date financial records. Prepare timely financial statementsand reports for internal leadership and external stakeholders.

Conduct detailed account analysis and offer recommendations toenhance financial performance. Develop and implement financialpolicies and procedures to support strong internal controls.

Partner with internal departments to provide financial guidance andsupport strategic decision-making. Lead the annual audit processand liaise with external auditors to ensure timely and accuratereporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financepreferred. Proven experience in a Controller or senior accountingrole with a strong background in corporate accounting. Deepknowledge of financial management principles, practices, andregulatory requirements. Exceptional analytical skills and keenattention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communicationskills
