We’re seeking a results-driven, operations-oriented Controller who thrives in high-volume, multifaceted environments. This individual will lead the accounting function across a multi-brand, multi-entity business spanning eCommerce, retail, dropship, and manufacturing. Success in this role requires deep ownership of the general ledger, a sharp eye on cash controls, and the ability to champion financial integrity across every touchpoint. You’ll play a key role in translating granular financial data into meaningful insights that connect directly to business strategy and evolving trends. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who builds systems from the ground up and holds a high bar for excellence. Key Responsibilities Own full-stack accounting operations across multiple entities with inventory, dropship, and hybrid fulfillment models
Lead the monthly close process, prepare financial statements, and ensure balance sheet accuracy
Consolidate GL activity across platforms, products, and systems with ERP integration
Oversee daily cash management, including disbursements, reconciliations, and cash forecasting
Manage annual audit preparation, GAAP compliance, and collaboration with external advisors
Drive variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting efforts in partnership with FP&A and business teams
Create and enforce accounting processes and controls across AP/AR, payroll, and inventory
Serve as ERP systems owner (NetSuite, Bill.com), ensuring integrity and optimization What You Bring 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a Controller or Assistant Controller role
Strong background in manufacturing, eCommerce, and retail business models
Deep knowledge of GL and multi-entity consolidation in SKU-heavy, inventory-based environments
Hands-on experience with SAP or Oracle, NetSuite, and Bill.com
Proven success in building scalable accounting processes and internal controls
Working knowledge of GAAP, audit processes, and internal compliance
Highly detail-oriented and proactive communicator Nice to Have ERP implementation or migration experience
Background in private equity-backed or high-growth companies
