Job Details Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all finance andaccounting operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, andcompliance in financial reporting. Lead and manage day-to-dayfinancial functions, directing both local and remote teams. Conductin-depth financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making anddrive long-term planning. Prepare and present financial reports andperformance metrics to assess property and portfolio health. Managethe financial aspects of property acquisitions, ensuring seamlesstransitions and integrations. Oversee profit and loss statements,aligning financial performance with growth objectives. Ensurecompliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations,maintaining accurate records. Serve as the primary liaison withexternal auditors, regulatory agencies, and financial partners.

Direct payroll operations and support the onboarding of newfinancial team members.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’sdegree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or advanceddegree preferred). 5 years of senior-level finance or accountingexperience, ideally within real estate investment. Strong knowledgeof finance, accounting, budgeting, and GAAP principles. Proficiencywith financial and accounting software; experience with RentManager is a plus. Proven leadership experience in high-growthenvironments, managing distributed teams. Advanced analyticalskills with the ability to transform strategic goals intoactionable financial models. Excellent communication skills,capable of clearly presenting financial insights. Experience instartup or small business settings, demonstrating adaptability andproblem-solving skills.
