Job Description
Controller 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Southampton, PA 18966 We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to manage the financial operations of the company and provide strategic financial direction.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the financial operation, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and laws Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data Provide financial advice and guidance to management on strategic business decisions, including annual budgets, investments, acquisitions, and divestitures Monitor and manage cash flow Coordinate and manage external audits, tax filings, and other financial reporting requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification preferred 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in financial analysis tools and QuickBooks Online We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and a dynamic work environment.
