Controller 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Coatesville, PA 19320 Controller Controller Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee our financial operations and ensure the accuracy of our financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting functions, implementing effective financial strategies, and providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making processes within the organization. Key Responsibilities Oversee all financial and accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and other financial statutory requirements. Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management and stakeholders. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial reporting. Lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors as necessary. Manage ERP systems, particularly Deltek and Costpoint, to streamline financial operations and reporting. Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to improve financial performance. Build and maintain a high-performing finance team through effective leadership and mentorship. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and auditing processes. Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Deltek and Costpoint. Prior experience guiding ERP implementation highly desired. Excellent leadership skills and experience in team management. Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
