Manufacturing Details:
Direct Hire position $135,000.00 to $150,000.00 /annually Salaried Month-End Close & Financial Reporting Oversee legal entity closing, revenue recognition, and compliance with US GAAP Analyze financial data, ensure accurate consolidation, and support variance analysis Manage ERP systems to meet reporting obligations (P&L, balance sheet, tax, cash flow) Planning & Forecasting Lead entity planning, budgeting, and CAPEX strategy Forecast employee costs and develop financial projections Support regional/local financial analysis Control & Compliance Maintain SOX-compliant control environment, coordinate audits, and remediate deficiencies Ensure approval authorities and segregation of duties are properly maintained Functional & Project Leadership Manage AP, AR, G/L, and Payroll, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Lead finance-related projects, implement process improvements, and develop team capabilities Support internal/external reporting, tax compliance, and special financial requirements Controller IV•
Manufacturing Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance 8-10 years of experience in Accounting/Finance CPA certification preferred Manufacturing or experience with public accounting firm in manufacturing Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) Experience with ERP systems (Baan, MRP, EPMX, Lotus Notes) Expertise in month-end close, financial planning, reporting, and controls Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
