April 28, 2025 Full-Time On-site Locations Showing 1 location Administrative Annex 640 Kolter Dr Indiana, PA 15701, USA Role Overview As a key member of the Finance Leadership Team, the CAO oversees the Corporate Finance department, focusing on process standardization, internal controls, monthly financial close, and safeguarding assets. The role supports audits, ensures compliance with GAAP, and collaborates with finance and operations leaders to drive strategic initiatives, analyze risks, and develop action plans for complex issues. Responsibilities Manage General Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Fund Accounting functions. Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Ensure policies and internal controls protect company assets. Review monthly financial reports and internal statements for accuracy and variances. Coordinate quarterly and annual closing processes. Provide GAAP guidance and support across PMCN entities. Maintain ERP system integrity and implement necessary changes. Coordinate audits and implement audit recommendations. Manage customer service issues related to accounting functions. Regularly review and update departmental policies. Lead change initiatives and motivate the team. Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Maintain excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office. Essential Accountabilities Oversee accounting for the PMCN Health System, including audits and financial statements. Support tax filings and financial planning processes. Manage revenue recognition, government reimbursements, and related reports. Supervise disbursements, accounts payable, and payroll processes. Lead staff development, onboarding, and performance evaluations. Develop and manage budgets, ensuring operational efficiency. Oversee enterprise-wide financial reporting and external audits. Manage financial interests in joint ventures and serve on relevant committees.

Requirements Education:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting (Master’s preferred).

Experience:

Minimum 10 years in finance, with at least 8 in leadership roles, including supervisory experience.

Certification:

CPA required. Experience working in complex matrix organizations. Strong leadership, strategic, and operational skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
