JobDetails Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all accounts, ledgers, andreporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAPstandards and regulatory requirements. 2. Maintain internal controland safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, and program budgetsand actual expenditures. 3. Regularly produce financial reports orstatements. 4. Coordinate all audit activity. 5. Consistentlyanalyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurateand timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, andannual financial statements; monitor progress and changes and keepsenior leadership abreast of the organization’s financial status.6. Manage organizational cash flow forecasting by working inpartnership with the executive team; continuously collaborate withprogram vice presidents to assess the financial efficacy of programoperations and establish finance and administrative systems tosupport program operations. 7. Implement a robust contractsmanagement and financial management/reporting system; ensure thatthe contract billing and collection schedule is adhered to and thatfinancial data and cash flow are steady and support operationalrequirements. 8. Update and implement all necessary businesspolicies and accounting practices; improve the finance department’soverall policy and procedure manual. 9. Effectively communicate andpresent critical financial matters to the board of directors.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financialmanagement roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry. 2.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or relatedfield. (MBA or related advanced degree is preferred). 3. CertifiedPublic Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designationpreferred. 4. Proven experience in financial analysis, strategicplanning, forecasting, and cost accounting. 5. Exceptionalknowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting andcost control principles, and Generally Accepted AccountingPrinciples (GAAP). 6. Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping andaccounting best practices, laws, standards, and state/nationalregulations. 7. Able to analyze financial records and transferinformation. 8. Data-driven and highly analytical. 9. Proficiencywith accounting software, word processing, and spreadsheets. 10.Solid written and verbal communication skills. 11. High level ofintegrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency andresults-orientation. 12. Excellent judgment and creativeproblem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflictresolution. 13. Strong mentoring, coaching experience to a teamwith diverse levels of expertise. 14. Entrepreneurial team playerwho can multitask. 15. Superior management skills; ability toinfluence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers. 16.Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize. 17.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. 18.Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence, and executive presence- ability to motivate staff. 19.
