Salary:

JobDetails This key leadership role reports directly to ExecutiveLeadership and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of thecompany’s accounting operations. The ideal candidate will haveextensive experience in financial management, reporting, policydevelopment, and team leadership, with a global perspective.

KeyResponsibilities Leadership & Strategy:

Lead the development andimplementation of accounting strategies, policies, and proceduresto align with company goals.

Financial Reporting:

Oversee thepreparation of financial statements, including profit & lossstatements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections. Ensurecompliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

InternationalOversight:

Manage financial reporting and consolidation forinternational business units. Coordinate tax reporting and ensureproper financial statement consolidation across regions.

BudgetManagement:

Supervise budgeting, cost allocation, and investmentstrategies across the company and international units.

InternalControls:

Oversee the establishment and enforcement of financialcontrols to maintain accuracy and consistency in reporting.

TeamLeadership:

Manage and develop direct report(s), ensuring optimalperformance and growth. Provide training, guidance, and performancefeedback.

External Relations:

Serve as the main liaison between thecompany and external auditors, tax professionals, and regulatoryauthorities.

Operational Excellence:

Manage accounts receivable,foreign exchange transactions, and Letters of Credit. Improvefinancial systems to streamline operations.

QualificationsEducation:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required).Master’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting(preferred). CPA preferred.

Experience:

8-12 years of progressiveaccounting experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage alarge team and handle increasing responsibility.

Technical Skills:

Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel; basic proficiency withMicrosoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint).

Communication:

Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability todeliver presentations and write detailed reports for seniorleadership.

Travel:

Willingness to travel quarterly, includinginternationally.

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to build andlead teams, manage complex projects, and drive organizationalchange.

Analytical Thinking:

Strong problem-solving abilities, withthe capacity to analyze and simplify complex issues.

GlobalPerspective:

Experience working with international teams andunderstanding global financial processes and regulations.
