Key Responsibilities Lead monthly closingcycles, ensuring accurate reflection of financial position(P&L, capital base, cash flow). Provide financial analysis andguidance to plant leadership to drive profitability and costefficiency. Oversee planning, forecasting, and budgeting processesfor the operation. Ensure compliance with financial policies,internal controls, and reporting standards. Develop and mentor ateam of finance and procurement professionals. Work closely withoperations to drive continuous improvement and cost-savinginitiatives.
