Salary:
$120,000 – $175,000 per year A bit about us: A prestigiouspublicly traded company is looking for a Controller for theirAmerica Hydrogen division. The Controller will be accountable forall financial reporting for the Americas low Carbon Intensity (CI)hydrogen business including operational analysis and cash flowanalysis for Hydrogen for Mobility (H2fM) and downstream efforts toenable this growth platform. They will help facilitate businessgrowth by developing new or improving existing tools and processesto fit the low CI hydrogen business model. The successful candidatewill have demonstrated the ability to work in an undefined dynamicenvironment. They should have the ability to think through and findopportunities for improvement that align with the business strategyand goals, be a partner with the business and take an ad-hocrequest and make it standardized and repeatable as the businessevolves. In addition, the candidate should be able to workindependently to meet the goals of the business. The idealcandidate is someone who is at an Accounting Manager or AssistantController level who can grow into a Controller for a large,publicly traded company. This position oversees all of the Canadaoperations for this organization and requires someone who hassimilar experience. The Assistant Controller is a strategic partnerin Finance for the business and also has a seat at the tableamongst senior leadership. This is a hybrid role working at anamazing office which includes: a cafeteria, café, fitness center,dry cleaners, ergonomic desk and chairs, pantries with Keurig’s onevery level with free coffee/lattes/expressos/tea, outdoor trail!

Directingand developing analysis to support the Americas H2fM businessmanagement Direct and guide project cash flow analysis of newbusiness opportunities including downstream activities Supportbusiness strategy as the low CI hydrogen business grows Developtools and analysis that drive simplification Actively look for andidentify areas of opportunity Ability to influence decision makingProvide support for various Ad Hoc requests and analysis
Qualifications:
5 years of related experience with a bachelor’sdegree; MBA preferred Effective interpersonal, leadership,communication, and influencing skills Ability and passion toself-educate by engaging across multiple functions Some travelrequired Interested in hearing more?
